I think the title sort of speaks for itself but, hopefully there is a way to fix this. I can’t look at my paystubs no matter what sort of internet connection I have. It keeps telling me to check internet connection or to come back later. As well as on occasion the hours I input can sometimes be completely removed randomly not from any fault of admin. Overall the app is convenient and does most of what I need from it and makes things pretty simple. I just wish that some of these problems would be looked at.

How am I supposed to put my time when everyday of the week is locked? It’s like EVERY OTHER WEEK this app doesn’t work. Laughably sad. Devs are worthless.

I have had to use this app for a couple of years now and it constantly has new bugs. The tech support teams resolution is almost always nothing more than a reset and if that doesn’t work you’re just locked out and forced to use the horrendously clunky web interface. Would not reccomend.

I’ve had to use other apps for punching in and out but this is one of the best I’ve had to use.

Love the ease, and proficiency of hh2. Has definitely streamlined the process of keeping, and tracking time for me.

This has got to be the most frustrating app of all time.

For the last month and a half I’ve had nothing but problems with this app not allowing me to pick jobs that should be available, putting time in one day and it’s missing the next. I’m not very happy with this app.

It literally takes hours to enter a few jobs

This app has a problem signing in almost daily, it glitches and won’t let me sign in unless I power down and restart my phone. Also, if you need to go back and look at previous days times you’d better get comfortable because you will be there for an eternity if it even lets you. Needs alot of development before it becomes a good time entry app.

Very easy to use

The weekly time card works maybe 1/5th of the time and when it asks me for a review in the app I can’t close the keyboard to click submit so I can’t use the app for more than 30 second at a time before the form that can’t be closed without submitting and can’t be submitted pops up.

Does not work

Well is my first app for doing my hours report as a first time being a formen as constantly reports hours to the office is doing in amazing job. The more I use the app the more the better I get at it & the more confidence I have. To summit it up thee app is really easy to use when you get the hang of it.

This app used to work good but lately when you put your time in it doesn’t show up you have to close the app and then reopen it to see what you typed in

App works great. I think the screen should be able to rotate when asking for a signature.

I’m running the most updated version (1.156). Completely depopulated all codes. It’s entirely UNUSABLE!!! Find a different system for your time entry! The PC version still works- just factor in the additional cost to get your field staff to a pc.

Update: still pretty buggy. For some reason this app arbitrarily erases time. But it's not quite as bad as the previous version. Still shocked they actually charge money for an app that is so bad. I'd be embarrassed if I was the company who developed this. Original: This is a great idea, to be able to insert your time in an app and not have to be in front of a computer... but this app has more bugs than a Super 8 motel. Every time I try and enter time, it either crashes, or doesn't record the time I entered. I always have to go to my computer to enter the time. I've been trying to use this app for several months, so this isn't a "try it once and give it a bad review." If they come out with major bug fixes I'd be happy to revise my review.

My life was headed downhill before I was using this app. My marriage was in peril. I was a dead beat parent to my kids. I spent way too much time doing my weekly timecard. I was lost with no where to go. This app is amazing. It makes weekly time entry so quick. Provided you get trained, it is easy to use. When I had problems, I contacted support. The customer support is a saving grace. Aside from great marriage advice, they fixed my problems with the app. Weeks later, my marriage is sound. My kids love me and my dog has never been happier. I have direction in life. I am so grateful. End sarcasm.

This app stopped working after a few weeks. Tech support could not help me fix it. I'm out my money and time.

Don't waste your money or time with this app. It is junk and does not work. Is not user friendly. I've had it for a couple months and have yet to use is successfully.

Doesn't sync payroll groups, tech support says there is a fix but nothing has transpired. Don't buy!

Too buggy. Field Reports app is worse.

This is simply the easiest way for construction companies to enter payroll...perod.
